*Notes on the use of Cinnamon Bark-

Cinnamon Bark is classified at a Yang/ Yang essential oil by the ancient energy analysis. It denoted gender by the essences’ temperature and energetic nature. Yang temperatures can vary greatly from warm to hot on the skin. We recommend that you test patch all essential oils when applying them to your skin.

Cinnamon Bark is considered a Skin Sensitive Essential Oil. It can create a hot, itchy, burny, rashy, reaction to the skin. Common sense can go a long way when working with essential oils and especially Skin Sensitive ones. We advise applying Cinnamon Bark to the bottoms of your feet, putting a drop in warm almond milk to drink, applying another oil to the skin and layering cinnamon over the top, or just using caution. After working with Skin Sensitive essential oils, we advise washing your hands with warm soapy water. If you get it near your eye or in a place that burns, apply oil to that area. Olive oil, coconut oil, or any other cooking oil should do.
