Everyday Harvest provides:

  • Life coaching services (individual and group)
  • Educational events and workshops
  • Aromatherapy and plant-based learning experiences

2. No Medical or Mental Health Advice

All services are for educational and personal development purposes only.

We do not provide:

  • Medical advice
  • Mental health treatment
  • Psychological therapy
  • Diagnosis or treatment of any condition

You should consult a licensed professional for medical or mental health concerns.

3. Personal Responsibility

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions
  • Results are not guaranteed
  • Coaching outcomes vary for each individual

4. Payments

All payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Square, PayPal).

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for services booked.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Coaching Sessions

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable

Events

  • Refunds are available up to 3 days prior to the event
  • No refunds will be issued within 3 days of the event
  • If you cannot attend, transfers may be allowed at our discretion

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, materials, and branding, is the property of Everyday Harvest and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everyday Harvest shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Decisions made based on coaching or educational content
  • Losses resulting from participation in services or events

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everyday Harvest and Susan Cote from any claims arising from your use of the services.
